He is survived by: his wife Lois Russell Telhiard; his children, Scott (Vicki), Travis (Nicole) and Laura T. Smith; his grandchildren, Kayla, Grant Telhiard, Mason and Madison Smith; and his siblings, Deek Telhiard, Sandra Zalimeni, John Telhiard, Tom Telhiard, Yvette Clifton, Eunice Hartley and Rick Telhiard.
