He is survived by: his wife Diane E Perck Primes; his children, Michelle Landry (Darrin), Missy Rayburn and Wallace Primes, Jr.; his siblings, Joyce LeBeau and Billy DeLacerda; and his grandchildren, Grace Rayburn Clark (Walker Clark) and Brandon Primes.
