He is survived by: his wife Celeste Poirrier Cogswell; his children, Richard Cogswell, Cesar Cogswell and Shannon Cogswell (Freddy Carrasco); his grandsons, Sebastian and Levi Carrasco; his siblings, Barbara Cogswell Hammett, Chris Cogswell, Steve Cogswell, Jan and Walter Ennes; his parents-in-law, Michael, Pamela Poirrier, Ryan, Andrea Poirrier Blanchard, Rusty and Kristen Poirrier Blanchard; and his pet Phoebe. He is also survived by numerous Godchildren, nieces, and nephews, cousins, and friends.
