He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Shewmake; his sons, Frank Howard Shewmake Jr. of Russellville, AR. and Bobby James Shewmake of Prairieville, LA.; and his grandchildren, Allie Elizabeth Shewmake of Pottsville, AR., Branden Michael Shewmake, Peyton Elise Shewmake of Russellville, AR., Kali Nicole and Link James Shewmake of Prairieville, LA..
