Doloris Elaine touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Clifford "Jack" Rice; her grandchildren, Abby Nicole Young and Stephen M. Young; her daughter Sharon Hanna (Villar); her grandsons, Tony Villar and Tyson Villar; and her parents, Rufus Walton Fautheree and Lela Lodema Hammonds Fautheree.

She is survived by: her daughter Connie; her son-in-law Angelo "Zeke" Nola; and her grandchildren, Chad Young (Kim), Kelly Porta (Ben), Captain Jack Young, Kristy, Terry Villar (Sandy) and Teddy Villar (Delaine). She is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

Viewing was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Ascension Funeral Home (426 W New River St, Gonzales, LA 70737). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 604 E Hwy 30, Gonzales, LA 70737.
