He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugenie Coupel Templet and Joseph Templet; his former wife Maeola Braud Templet; his siblings, Jean Templet, Therese T. Marretta and Cecile T. Coupel; and his daughter Angela White.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie B. Templet; his daughters, Darlene Denstorff and Rhonda Belgard; and his stepchildren, Brenda Brister Summers, Kelly Brister and Larry Brister. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank or a charity of choice.
