He is survived by: his wife Debbie McCullough; his children, Kevin McCullough (Kristi), Rodney McCullough (DeAnne), Brian McCullough and Desiree Shaw (Darin); his brother Kenneth McCullough; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Kaleigh (Josh), Mason, Victoria, Elise, Haley, Miranda and Jude.
