He was predeceased by: his sister Shelia Quintin; and his siblings-in-law, Geraldine Dave and Paul T. Mackey Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Germaine Marie Davis Reagan; his children, Charree Reagan, Turi Reagan, Lorren Caddell, Janell Caddell, Burton Reagan, Patrick Reagan, Kenneth Davis Sr., Eboney Davis and Landon Caddell; and his brothers-in-law, David Banks and Henry Raymond Davis Jr..
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mount Sinai Baptist Church (27954 LA-23, Port Sulphur, LA 70083). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. An entombment was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at the Cannon Cemetery.
