He was predeceased by: his brother Lester C. Becnel; and his parents, William M. Becnel, Sr. and Leocadie Martin Becnel. He is survived by: his wife Elsie Mae Ballay Becnel; his sister Vera Becnel Mailhes; and his uncle Randy Becnel (Kathy). He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
