She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph B. Hebert Sr.; her parents, Anthony Treadway and Myrtle Treadway; and her siblings, Verona, Gladys and Anthony.

She is survived by: her children, Myrtle "Myrt" Kuhlmann (late Preston), Joseph "Joe" Hebert, Jr. (late Nola) and Dean Hebert (Cynthia). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
