She was predeceased by: her parents, Mervin J. Ragas Sr. and Theresa McGinnis Ragas; and her sibling Starla Raye. She is survived by: her children, Chancell Hymes, Theo Holmes Sr., De'Janai and Aaliyah Hinton; her grandchildren, Chandler, Ariya, Rayna, Theo Jr., Tanner, Daxton and Layne; and her siblings, Mervin Ragas Jr. (Gaynell), Elana Parker (Greg), Deidre Mackey (Marvin Sr.) and Christopher Ragas Sr. (Nita Fay). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
