He is survived by: his wife Connie Ricks Treadway; his children, Kim Ann Treadway and Kurt John Treadway (Amanda); his sisters, Linda Leonard (Wayne) and Becky Buras (Mark); his parent-in-law Clarisse Ricks; his siblings-in-law, Paul Ricks, James Ricks (Paula) and Mandy Wise (Aaron); his grandchildren, Donae Mackey, Donisha Mackey, Drea Shaw (Denzel), Brennan Treadway (Jamie) and Caden Treadway (Jada); and his great grandchildren, Tamaj Mackey, Ja'Mai McNeal, D'Angelo Johnson Jr., Danika Mackey, Kimanii, Kaprii, Krewh, Koii, Averi and Kallyn Treadway. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
