With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judith Blanchard Biggs (Port Sulphur, Louisiana), who passed away on July 21, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick Spohn Biggs; her daughter Tina Biggs; her parents, Doris Domangue Blanchard and Felix Blanchard; and her siblings, Eleanor, Dolores and Pete.

She is survived by: her children, Kim Dumas (Darrell), Michael Biggs, Brian Biggs (Laurie) and Jennifer Hotard (Ken); and her grandchildren, Rory, Lindsay, Stephanie, Kellee, Glenn, Jordan, Jeffrey, Leanne, Jacque, Zachary, Beau, Katie, Emma and Annie. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
