With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Johnny Lee Manuel Sr. (Port Sulphur, Louisiana), who passed away on May 7, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Josephine Zenon Manuel Barthelemy (Red); his siblings, James Manuel (Grachel), Micheal Manuel, Ronald Manuel, George Manuel (Pearlie Davis), Michael, Albert Manuel, Anita Turner (Felix), Mildred Parker (Mitchell Sr.) and Betty Jane Manuel Mackey; and his grandson Tre'vonn Manuel.
He is survived by: his children, Johnny Lee Manuel Jr. (Christy Manuel), Aaron Manuel (Heidi Manuel) and Satine McCormick (Derrick); his stepdaughters, Dixie Sylve, Trina Ancar and Michelle Ann Boggs; his grandchildren, Valentta Carroll, Jasmine Manuel, Brennae Manuel, De'vonn Manuel and Gregory Holloway; his stepgrandchildren, Tyler Theriot, Ashley Pellegrin, Tayl0r Himel, De'vante Williams Sr., Deshawn Daniels, Donte Daniels, Ancar, Kiera Manuel and Kaitlin Manuel; and his godson Cody Manuel Turner. He is also survived by 50 nieces and nephews, 114 great nieces and nephews, 213 great - great nieces and nephews, 16 great - great - great - nieces and nephews, a host of other relatives and devoted friends.
