He is survived by: his children, Ann-Marie Ballay and Jacque Ballay; his children-in-law, Stella Ballay and Brandon Ballay; his grandchildren, Evan, Gavin, Rusten, Catherine, Sawyer and Briggs Ballay; his siblings, Carol Simon Marmande, Virginia Brown Smith and Charles Ballay; and his sister-in-law Claire Ballay. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
