He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Victor Ragas Jr. and Virginia Ragas. He is survived by: his spouse Barbra Jean Manuel; his children, Elke, Ingrid and Bjorn; his grandchildren, Rhea, Gabrielle, Signy and Nevaeh Ragas; his great grandchildren, Riley and Blythe Gaines; his siblings, Benjamin Ragos (Stella), Isreal, C. Danny Ragas (Joyce), Lydia Lewis (David), Peggy Ragas Matthews and Margie Smith; his siblings-in-law, Jerome Manual, Gloria Wright (Linel), Judith, Brenda Manuel, Capricia Powell (Michael) and Maria Ragas; and his siblings, Victor Ragas III, Emma, Emese, Emelia, Earlie Mae, Ethel and Virginia Ann. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
