With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Barthelemy of Port Sulphur, Louisiana, who passed away on January 3, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Luke Lightell and Ida Lightell; her daughter Malinda Barthelemy; and her siblings, Geraldine Pichon (Chester), John Lightell (Vanessa) and Donald Lightell (Jane).

She is survived by: her husband Clarence A. Barthelemy; her children, Damind Landry (Debbie), Doreen Davis (Eric), Elaine Landry (EJ) and Sulaine Mitchell (Dwayne); her sibling Gaylen Lightell (Sally); and her grandchildren, Joshua Barthelemy (Britney), Damind Jr., Dionne Landry, Eric (Britnee), Sanitra Davis, Jody Jr., Dustin and Seth Ancar (Paige). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid – 19, face masks are encouraged.
