He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin "Shine" Hebert and Augusta "Gussie" Hebert; and his siblings, Brenda Elmer, Janel Bass, Carolyn, Fowlkes and Reginald "Reggie" Hebert.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Jacomine Hebert; his children, Shay Racca (Kayla), Rayne Hebert, Scott Armstrong (Amy) and Marcie Armstrong Petrovich (Tory); and his grandchildren, Ashleigh Becnel, Cameron Armstrong, Brady Petrovich, Baileigh Becnel, Cacie Petrovich, Race Racca, Bryanna Armstrong and Jaxon Becnel. He is also survived by his two sisters-in-law and two brothers-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
