He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen R. Williams Jr. and Oley Mae Parker Williams; and his grandchild Oriana Duplessis. He is survived by: his children, Dale Arnold Phillips, Giana Marie Phillips and Jasmine Black; his grandchildren, Iriana, Keyana, Darius Duplessis, Dalshawn, Dalshay Jones, Lionel Scott III, Kennedy, Kaymine Phillips, Trenell Jr. and Jett Black; his great grandchildren, Jalen and Ra'Mell Brown; his sisters, Pamela Williams and Christine Mackey; and his godchild Tynieka Martin. He is also survived by 3 nieces, 10 great nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and devoted friends.
Interment will be private. Face masks are still required of all attendees.
