He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen and Margaret Parker Williams Sr.; his siblings, Audrey Encalade, Wilbert Williams, Mary Jane Gibson, Irene, Corine, Felix and John Williams; his child Contina Phillips; his godchildren, Dan Ragas and Matilda Encalade; and his great grandchild Oriana Duplessis.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Phillips Williams; his children, Dale Williams and Pamela Williams; his sisters, Doris Mackey and Agnes Encalade; his grandchildren, Dale, Giana Phillips, Tremaine, Jasmine, O'leya Williams, Dayshar and Calvin Mackey; his children, Fabiola Morris, Christiana Mackey, Herbert Ancar Jr., Tomeika St. Cyr and Tiffany Hart; and his godchildren, Ernest Mackey, Tasha Robinson and Torandus Morris. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
