He was predeceased by: his wife Brandy Guillory Janise; and his grandparents, Ella Mae Henry Janise, Luke and Lydia Miller Thibodeaux. He is survived by: his parents, Hammie Janise and Anna Janise; his children, Cameron Wade Janise and Savannah Marie Janise; and his brothers, Woody Janise (Emily) of Shreveport and Kevin Janise (Randi) of Port Barre. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
