He was predeceased by: his parent Royce; his siblings, Donald and Jenelle Babin; his nieces, Desiree and Erika Hidalgo; and his nephew Chandler Luke.
He is survived by: his parent Royson; his son Mike; his siblings, Cheryl Fontenot Bonfanti, Enola Stoute (Bob), Cindy Graham (Michael), Janice "Deanie" Bergeron (Roderick "Boo"), Johnny Roy Fontenot (Tammy) and Ricky James Fontenot (Melissa); his children, Bailey Fontenot (Blake Hebert) and Kristy Fontenot (Jared Harbour); and his granddaughter Jolie Grace Harbour. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In Mike's honor, and as a way to keep his spirit alive, the family kindly requests that any memorial donations be made to a charity of choice.
