He is survived by: his father Walter Bazar, Jr. of Port Barre; his sister Melissa Bazar; his significant other Tammy Zerangue; his stepsister Rhonda Artigue of Krotz Springs; his sister Victoria Melody of New Orleans; his stepbrother Mark Artigue of Texas; his brother Patrick Bazar of New Orleans; his stepfather Clarence Artigue; his nephews, Dusty and Kyle Bazar; his great-nephews, Hunter and Logan Bazar; and his godmother Glenda Myers. He is also survived by aunts and uncles.
