He is survived by: his wife Patricia Johnson Scruggins; his son Timothy Scruggins (Ashley); his granddaughter Kynlee Scruggins; his stepgrandchildren, Kaybri Faul and Cayden Faul; and his sisters, Debra Ortego (Danny), Judy Credeur and Peggy Romero. He is also survived by his family friends.
