He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond Sonnier and Kiyoe Sonnier. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Alex Murray, Jagger Sonnier, Zane, Madden Sonnier, Alexander DeBlanc, III, Zayden, Davella Casse and Kiyoe Sonnier; and his siblings, Bobby Sonnier (Jenny) of Port Barre, Kirby Sonnier (Brenda) of Mamou, Eddie Sonnier of Port Barre and Debbie Buckley (Randy) of Port Barre.
