He is survived by: his wife Missy Bazar of Port Barre; his sons, Dusty Bazar of Grand Prairie, Jason Macip (Heather) of Port Barre and Kyle Bazar of Port Barre; his siblings, Faye St. Amand (Ronald), Jeannie (Bobby Snyder) of Youngsville, Art Mason (Amanda) of Port Arthur, TX and Dennis Lavergne of Texas; his grandchildren, Hunter Bazar, Logan Pollock, Madeline, Dacota and Bre'Anna Macip; his niece Ashley Myers (Dustin Lafleur) of Grand Prairie; and his godchild Shelby Metrejean.
