She is survived by: her children, Elvina "Cecile" Meche Martinez of Port Allen, Alberta Meche Callahan of Port Allen, Sherry Meche Thibodeaux (George) of Port Allen and Albert Meche III of Port Allen. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and numerous great-great-grandchildren.
