He is survived by: his wife Callie Jean Caston; his sons, Duane (Robin), Philip (Sheri) and Tim (Melinda); and his grandchildren, Shaun (Ashley), Matthew, Tyler Smith, Bo, Adam Hock, Lauren Braud (Lucas), Jessica Mouch (Hunter), Aimee Dazé (Timmy), Logan (McKenzi) and Demi Smith.
