Churchwell of Hot Springs, Bruce Wayne Churchwell of Port Allen, LA, Randy Joe Churchwell of Shreveport, LA, Tonia Daniels (Damon) of Amity and Brenda Harrison (Jack) of Jessieville. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
