He was predeceased by: his father Barney "Frog" Mark Altazan; his brother Jacob Francois Altazan; and his grandparents, Patricia Ann Prejean Haydell, Doyle "Dutch" Joseph and Betty Pourciau Altazan.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kylieann Raine and Jaelyn Storm Altazan; his mother Connie Haydell Altazan; his brother Justin Doyle (Angie Labbe Altazan); his nieces, Londyn Elia and Leighton Elyse Altazan; and his grandfather John Brent Haydell, Sr. (Marie Baker). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
