He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Marion and Hilda Bourg Conn; and his siblings, Betty Juehring and Joseph Marion Conn, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Langlois Conn; and his stepchildren, Diana Burns (Paul) and Rodney Cheek (Donna) of Windsor, Colorado.. He is also survived by niece and 4 nephews.
