He is survived by: his siblings, Ione V. Couvillon, Edgar Vavasseur, Brenda Marchand Vavasseur, Jeanne V. Jr, Pierre "Sonny" Brignac, Jr., Glyn Vavasseur and Judy Vavasseur; his parent Pauline Laurent Vavasseur; his aunt Clothilde Vavasseur; his siblings, Marie Adele "Del" Vavasseur and Alfred J.; his father David "Stormy" Vavasseur; and his brother-in-law Ronald Couvillon. He is also survived by brother-in law Ron Read and a host of nieces and nephews.
