She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Roy Smitherman and N. T. Hefner; and her cousin Kevin Cowling. She is survived by: her parents, Tammy Smitherman-Breaux (Todd Breaux) and Jeff Hefner (Terrie); her siblings, Haley, Audrey Ryan (David) and Blake Pell (Monica); her grandparent Nancy Smitherman of Oleta Hefner; and her uncles, Ricky Smitherman, Janelle Smitherman, Elaine Cowling and Ken Cowling. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
