She was predeceased by: her father Albert Russell Culmone; her grandparents, Joan Lemmler, Patricia Culmone and Joseph Culmone; and her sister Trisha Stiles.

She is survived by: her sons, Nicholas Culmone and William Allen; her mother Laureen Culmone; and her sisters, Joni Dunaway, Jessica Culmone Humble and Hanah Hamilton.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The American Cancer Society.
