He is survived by: his children, Terri M. Crosby, Gene Richard Monteleone (Emma) and Britt W. Monteleone; his brother Philip Monteleone; and his grandchildren, Tammy, Tricia, Trent, Kaylee, Richard, Vicki, Tara, Cassie and Micah. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
