She is survived by: her husband Claud E. Phelps, Sr.; her children, Claud E. Phelps, Jr. (Jill) and Ava Basso (Mark); her grandchildren, Kristi Basso, Emily Bennett (Travis), Tana Grace Cashio, Tyler Phelps and Sam Phelps; her siblings, Billy Bush (Ruth), Joe Bush (Kay), Wayne Bush (Carmen), Rose Hutchinson, Alice Toohill and Vivian Douglass (Carl); her sister-in-law Cathryn Bush; and her caregivers, Summer of Audubon Hospice, Carla Hughes, Tia Allen, Jada Bryant O'Neill and Connie James. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
