She was predeceased by: her sister Billye Faye Herring (Bo); her sister-in-law Carole Cook; and also Willard McRaney "Mac" Mitchell. She is survived by: her children, Michael C. Mitchell, Christie M. Faugot (Jay), Sarah E. Mitchell and Karen M. Romero (John); her grandchildren, Haven (Rayna Mitchell-Rose), Hunter (Elyse Faugot) and William (Parker Romero); and her brothers, Lodwrick M. Cook and William H. Cook (Joyce). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
