He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Kelly and Maude Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Billie Kelly; his daughters, Robin Austin (David) of West Monroe, LA and Amy Martin (Paul) of West Monroe, LA; his stepchildren, Debbie Mougey (Tom) and Andrew Inzina; his brother James Kelly (Sally); and his grandchildren, Anne Brown, Ryan Austin, Jonathan Austin, John Mougey and Meagan Payne. He is also survived by numerous friends and relatives.
