With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert George Hyde (Ponchatoula, Louisiana), born in Hammond, Louisiana, who passed away on October 28, 2019 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse George (Doc) and Daisy Fitzgerald Hyde; and his grandparents, George J., Robert Thorn and Bertha Dutruch Fitzgerald.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Coumes Hyde; his children, Fern Hyde Tricou (Scott), Robin Hyde Brady (Derek) and Robert Jesse Hyde (Brigette); his grandchildren, Ashton Rose Brady of Montana, Robert Beau Derek Brady and Irma Shelby Hyde; and his siblings, JoAnn Hyde Johnson (Douglas), Nancy Carol Hyde Baham (Curtis) and Norman Carl Hyde (Gertie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
