He was predeceased by: his wife Jilreth Kopp Head; his parents, Harvey Head and Iola Barnett Head; and his brothers, Lloyd Henry Head, Homer Gaylor Head, Ray Head and Earl Leslie Head.
He is survived by: his daughter Cynthia Head Shelton (Robert); his grandchildren, Christy Hill Campbell (Chad), Stacey Hill Spears (Duane), John Sims Shelton and Lillian Shelton Savoie (Andre); his son Dennis Keith Head (Tina); his grandchildren, Tiffany Denise Head (Dominic Frederick) and Trevor Wesley Head (Stefanie); his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Karson Campbell, Robert (Kaitlyn), Dillon (Tanzi) and Victoria Spears; his children, Adam, Noah, Sarah Savoie, Julia Sims Wood, Sims Andrew Shelton Savoie, Marty Anthony "Trey" Poirrier, III, Tyler Gabriel Poirrier and Lillian Violet Head; and his great great grandchildren, Ryker, Dax and Mave Spears. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
