He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Cummings Alexander and Chester Wilsey Alexander; his siblings, Roy, Neal, Robert, Blanche Poorman, Betty Jo Cutrer, Dorothy Gibson, Nancy Berot and Mary Collette; his parents-in-law, Merlin "Buck" and Marguerite "Tookey" Ward; and his sister-in-law Darlene Ward Gayle.
He is survived by: his wife Victoria Ward Alexander; his children, Jeffrey (Trish) and Stephanie Alexander Ballard; his grandchildren, Christopher Ballard, Robbie, Bobbie Payne and Missy Carlin; his great grandchildren, Brittany, Ceirra, Lane, Tyler, Kayla, Lance and Cody; his brother David Alexander (Gwen); and his siblings-in-law, Philip Ward (Doreen), Betty Mae Alexander and Barbara Alexander. He is also survived by his wife, family and many friends.
Philip Eugene Alexander, 82, was called home too early by his heavenly Father on Sunday, April 12, 2020 from complications of COVID-19.
