He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Valenti and Katie Monistere Valenti; his wife Frances Hebert Valenti; and his siblings, Celia Nye, Salvador "Sammy" Valenti and Joseph "JoJo" Valenti.
He is survived by: his daughter Dawn Valenti Baker (Donald); his grandsons, Donald "Lane" Baker, Jr. and Joshua Kyle Baker; and his siblings, Tony Valenti, Katherine "Katie" Nye and Annie Dufour.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home - Hammond (2000 N Morrison Blvd, Hammond, LA 70401). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Ponchatoula Cemetery (18392 Wisteria Dr, Ponchatoula, LA 70454).
