She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmie Duvall Lott and Sim Lott; her husband Perrin "Perry" Douglas Powell; her great grandchild Jude Michael Alford; her son-in-law Glen Parker; and her siblings, Ray Lott, Joy Lott, Evelyn Williams and Butch Lott.
She is survived by: her children, Jerri Hinson (Jack), Laurie Parker, Chris Waits (Tim) and Wendy LeSaicherre (Frank); and her siblings, Jimmy Lott and Paula Lott Lewis. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
