He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennie and Levi Joseph Rodriguez, Sr.; and his siblings, Helen R. Bennett, Mary R. Chessir, Hoarce Rodriguez, Herman Rodriguez, Jack Rodriguez and Edward Rodriguez.

He is survived by: his siblings, Joyce E. Rodriguez of Pineville, Morgan Rodriguez of Ponchatoula and George Rodriguez of Metairie; and his niece Linda Peoples (James Peoples) of Ponchatoula.
