He was predeceased by: his parents, Josepha Millet Boudreaux and Joël Boudreaux; his former wife Margie D. Boudreaux; and also, Randy Boudreaux, Kenneth Boudreaux and Donald Boudreaux.

He is survived by: his wife Velma Boudreaux; his children, Susan Boudreaux, Steven (Darlene Boudreaux), Lisa (Joey Gaudet), Shelly (Wagner) and Eric Boudreaux; and his grandchildren, Kenneth Paul, Mark, Shawn, Candace, Christina, Récheal, Melissa, Jeanine, Steven II, Brandon, Joël, Cory and Morgan. He is also survived by 33 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
