He was predeceased by: his parents, James Teaurlin Turnage and Pollie Taylor Turnage; and his sister Celestine "Sissy" Lessard. He is survived by: his children, Angela Schreiner (Don), George Cowie (Beverly), Alex "Sandy" Cowie, John Teaurlin Turnage (Donna), Aaron Turnage (Stacey), Monica Chajon (Bruno) and Israel "Angel" Munoz (Diana); and his sisters, Jan Turnage and Robin Ward (Frank). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
