It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Anthony Locicero (Ponchatoula, Louisiana), born in Hammond, Louisiana, who passed away on November 17, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Pulizzano Locicero and Tony Locicero; his siblings, Nellie and Anthony; and his grandson Jayden.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ballard Locicero; his daughters, Charlotte Navarro (Ethan) and Alicia Locicero; his siblings, Phillip (Bonnie), Salvador, David (Linda), Antionette (Dan) and Jimmy (Becky); and his grandchildren, Bryton, Kira, Javion, Jean, Alijah and Isaiah.
