He was predeceased by: his parents, George Mills and Margaret Mills; and his brother Dale Mills. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly V. Mills; his children, Cherish Mills and Jacob Mills; and his siblings, Dianne Theut, Linda Delahaye, Georgia Brodzik, Steve Mills and Lee Mills.
