He was predeceased by: his parents, James Chalmer Wood and Alicia Guerrero Wood. He is survived by: his wife Laura Bovia Wood; his daughters, Tanya Landry (Leonard) and Vanna Callahan (T. J.); his grandsons, Lennon Landry and Harrison Callahan; and his siblings, Mary Alice Langlois (Joe) of Belle Chasse, LA and William L. Wood (Jean) of Woodland, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Memories Funeral Home (4900 Airline Dr, Metairie, LA 70001). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
