He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Perilloux; his children, Tammi Garrison, Herbert Roy Perilloux Jr. (Karen) and Jeffrey Perilloux (Dawn); his sisters, Ellen Conroe (Tommy) and Meriam Perilloux; his grandchildren, Cyndi O'neal, Connor Perilloux, Rebecca Miller, Chyenne Wilson, Kenneth Soape III, Olivia Vasquez and Emma Perilloux; and his great grandchildren, Greysen Soape, Christopher Herendeen and Axel Wilson.
